APASL STC Nagasaki Registration Fee List:

  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the congress secretariat.
  • Date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
  • Registration Fees are included Tax.

APASL Member:
Valid membership number is required.

Trainee/Resident:
To be eligible for the Trainee/Resident are required to indicate an evidence of their status (ID card or document which certify their status issued by their institution.).
Without evidence, regular fees (APASL Member/Non Member) will be applied. Please send a copy of evidence to the congress secretariat by email attached file.

Presenting Author of Accepted Abstract:
Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. All abstract authors are required to make registration for the conference separately. Only the presenting authors can benefit from the discounted registration fee.
Conference registration is obligatory for those who wish to attend the conference.

Registration Fees (APASL Member, Non Member,
Trainee/Resident, Presenting Author) include:

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Entrance to exhibition area
  • Congress bag and printed materials
  • Coffee breaks to be served during the scientific program
  • Welcome Reception on April 10, 2017

Accompanying Person Fee include:

  • Entrance to exhibition area
  • Welcome Reception on April 10, 2017

Cancellation Policy:

  • Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the congress secretariat.
  • Cancellations received on or after March 10 (Friday), 2017 – no refund will be given.
    Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of APASL STC Nagasaki, and the bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
